INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shop Veyora offers Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, allowing our customers to enjoy our products with secure delivery support.

Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, local postal handling, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, Shop Veyora is unable to speed up international transit times, customs clearance, or local delivery processes once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase, subject to successful payment verification and order confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

· USA & Canada: 7 days

· Australia and New Zealand: 10 days

· Europe: 7 days

· Rest of the world: 7 - 12 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, incorrect shipping details, high seasonal demand, or other matters outside our control.

If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update in the courier system.

ORDER VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

For the protection of our customers and our business, Shop Veyora reserves the right to review, verify, hold, cancel, or refuse any order that appears to be suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent, high-risk, or inconsistent with normal purchasing activity.

This may include, but is not limited to:

· Orders with incomplete or incorrect customer information

· Orders with mismatched billing and shipping details

· Orders flagged by our payment processors, Stripe or PayPal

· Orders involving suspected unauthorized payment use

· Orders with unusual quantity, value, or delivery patterns

· Orders where the customer fails to respond to verification requests

If an order is cancelled due to suspected fraud or verification failure, Shop Veyora may issue a refund according to the payment provider’s process, where applicable.

WRONG ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase.

Shop Veyora will not be responsible if a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We do our best to reduce errors by using the shipping information provided during checkout and order confirmation. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to amend the shipping address.

If a package is returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect customer-provided information, Shop Veyora will not be responsible for refunding the order or reshipping the item at no additional cost.

MARKED AS DELIVERED

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service or courier in your country, including but not limited to USPS, Canada Post, local postal services, or courier partners, to the correct address provided at checkout, Shop Veyora will treat the order as fulfilled and delivered.

If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must first contact your local courier, postal service, building management, reception, or neighbors to investigate the matter.

To assist with further review, you may be required to provide formal supporting documents, including but not limited to:

· Written confirmation from the courier or postal service

· A formal affidavit or report of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package

· Any relevant case number, tracking update, or courier investigation result

After receiving sufficient supporting evidence, Shop Veyora may, at its sole discretion, review the case and may offer a replacement order where appropriate.

However, where the tracking record confirms successful delivery to the correct shipping address provided by the customer, Shop Veyora cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

This policy is intended to protect Shop Veyora against fraudulent claims, false non-delivery claims, stolen package claims, chargeback abuse, and misuse of the delivery process.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE

Shop Veyora will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs rules, import regulations, and tax requirements of their own country before placing an order.

If the order arrives in your country and:

· The customer refuses to accept the package

· The customer fails to pay applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges

· The customer fails to collect the package from the courier or postal service

· No attempt is made in the destination country to complete delivery

· The package is returned, abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by customs or the courier

Shop Veyora reserves the right to treat the order as fulfilled and will not be responsible for issuing any refund, replacement, or store credit.

CHARGEBACKS AND FALSE CLAIMS

By placing an order with Shop Veyora, the customer agrees to provide accurate information and to communicate with us in good faith regarding any delivery issue.

If a customer files a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim while the order has already been shipped, delivered, or supported by valid tracking information, Shop Veyora reserves the right to provide all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including but not limited to:

· Order confirmation

· Customer information provided at checkout

· Payment records

· Tracking number

· Courier delivery confirmation

· Communication records

· Proof of shipment

· Proof of delivery

· Any fraud prevention records or verification details

Shop Veyora reserves the right to reject refund requests, replacement requests, or claims that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, dishonest, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with tracking and delivery records.

WHERE IS OUR COMPANY BASED?

Shop Veyora operates as an online store. As we work with multiple sorting centers, fulfilment partners, and shipping partners around the world, not all products will be shipped from the same warehouse or location.

This allows us to offer our products at a more affordable price while providing worldwide shipping options to our customers.
